These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of indivar.com (the “Website”), operated by Indivar Software Solutions Private Limited (“Indivar”, “we”, “us”). They cover use of the Website and our general dealings with you through it. The specific terms of any engagement — an SAP Business One implementation, a custom-software project, an audit, or support — are governed by a separate written proposal and signed agreement, which prevail over these Terms for that work.

By accessing or using the Website, you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the Website. If you use the Website on behalf of an organisation, you confirm you are authorised to bind it.

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Indivar and its directors, employees, and agents from any claims, losses, liabilities, and reasonable expenses (including legal fees) arising out of your misuse of the Website, your violation of these Terms or any law, or any content you submit through the Website.

11. Privacy & data protection

Our handling of personal data is described in our Privacy Policy, which forms part of these Terms. We process personal data in accordance with applicable law, including India’s Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023.

12. Governing law & jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by the laws of India, without regard to conflict-of-laws rules. Subject to any applicable mandatory law, the courts at Mohali (S.A.S. Nagar) / Chandigarh, Punjab, India will have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Website.
