Privacy Policy
LAST UPDATED: JUNE 2026
Indivar Software Solutions Private Limited (“Indivar”, “we”, “us”) respects your privacy. This Policy explains what personal data we collect through indivar.com, how we use and protect it, who we share it with, and the rights you have — including under India’s Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023 (“DPDP Act”). It applies to visitors and people who contact us through the Website.
1. About this policy
For the personal data described here, Indivar is the data controller / data fiduciary — we decide why and how it is processed. Using the Website is also subject to our Terms of Service.
2. Who we are
Indivar Software Solutions Private Limited, with its registered office at C-15, Industrial Area, Phase 1, Mohali, Punjab 160055, India, and offices in Auckland (New Zealand) and Dallas (USA). You can reach us at [email protected].
3. Information we collect
- Enquiry & contact details. When you submit our contact or enquiry form, we collect the details you provide — typically your name, work email, company, phone number, and your message. Our contact form is powered by our own BoldReach platform, which captures and routes these enquiries to us.
- Communications. Records of your correspondence with us and any documents you choose to share.
- Technical & usage data. Limited, largely aggregate information such as pages viewed and approximate region, collected to operate and improve the Website (see Cookies & analytics).
Please don’t submit sensitive personal data or third-party data through the Website unless it’s necessary and you’re entitled to share it.
4. How we use it & legal bases
- To respond to your enquiry, scope engagements, and prepare proposals;
- To provide, secure, and improve the Website and our services;
- To send service-related communications you’ve asked for, and (only with your consent where required) occasional relevant updates;
- To comply with legal obligations and to establish or defend legal claims.
We process personal data where it is necessary to take steps at your request or perform a contract, to comply with law, for our legitimate interests in running our business, and/or with your consent where the law requires it. We do not sell or rent your personal data.
5. Cookies & analytics
We aim to keep tracking to a minimum. The Website uses only the cookies needed to function and privacy-respecting analytics to understand usage in aggregate; we avoid intrusive third-party advertising trackers. Our embedded contact form (BoldReach) may set functional cookies needed to operate the form. Where consent is required for any non-essential cookies, we will ask for it.
6. Sharing & processors
We share personal data only as needed to run our business and the Website:
- Our BoldReach platform, which powers the contact form and helps us manage and respond to enquiries;
- Service providers — hosting, email, and similar tools that process data on our behalf under appropriate confidentiality and data-protection terms;
- Professional advisers and authorities, where required by law or to protect our rights;
- Business transfers — in connection with a reorganisation, merger, or sale, subject to this Policy.
7. International transfers
We operate in India, New Zealand, and the USA, so your data may be processed in any of these locations or by providers in other countries. Where data is transferred across borders, we take steps to ensure an appropriate level of protection as required by applicable law.
8. Retention
We keep personal data only as long as needed for the purposes above — to respond to and follow up on your enquiry, to meet legal, tax, and accounting obligations, and to resolve disputes — after which we delete or anonymise it.
9. Security
We use reasonable technical and organisational measures appropriate to the data, including encryption in transit, access controls, and operational safeguards. No method of transmission or storage is perfectly secure; we will notify affected individuals and authorities of a personal-data breach where required by law.
10. Your rights
Subject to applicable law (including the DPDP Act), you may have the right to access a summary of the personal data we hold about you, to have it corrected or updated, to request its erasure, to withdraw consent, to nominate another person to exercise your rights in certain cases, and to grievance redressal. To exercise any of these, email us at [email protected]; we will respond within the timeframes required by law.
11. Children
The Website is intended for businesses and professionals and is not directed to children. We do not knowingly collect personal data from children.
12. Grievance officer & contact
For any privacy question, request, or grievance, contact our Grievance Officer at [email protected], or by post to Indivar Software Solutions Private Limited, C-15, Industrial Area, Phase 1, Mohali, Punjab 160055, India. We are committed to resolving concerns promptly and in line with the DPDP Act.
13. Changes to this policy
We may update this Policy from time to time. We will post the updated version here with a new “last updated” date and, for material changes, take reasonable steps to bring them to your attention.
